Step 1 : Application
A letter of application (pdf format, max. 1 page) must be sent by email with the subject “AlgoSB application”, before 28 July 2023.
The letter of application must contain a mini-vitae or a link to the full vitae, a presentation of the candidate’s research interests, and a few lines commenting on the synergy that may emerge from their research in view of the courses that will be given. A maximum of 35 participants will be accepted.
Notification of acceptance will be provided by mid August 2023.
It is expected that all accepted students will participate in the entire school.
Step 2. Registration
Registration fees* (VAT included):
- CNRS researchers : free (the school is funded by the CNRS as a Thematic School)
- Researchers from other public institutions and universities: €600.
- Doctoral students €350
- Post-doctoral students €400
- Participants from industry €1000
* Registration fees may be reduced if more sponsors are identified,and will be waived if the school is required to take place virtually
The registration fee covers :
- Accommodation from Sunday (19 November) to Friday (24 November): 5 nights in a double room at the school venue.
- Lunchs and coffee breaks during the school.
- Gala dinner.
- Conference materials.
Cancellation
The registration fee will be refunded in full for all written cancellations received before October 1, 2023.
No refunds will be made after this date.
The online registration website will open late August 2023.
